What is a DG Score?: A single 0–100 read on a property deal, built from five weighted risk areas: market, rental, financial, lease, and liquidity, with a confidence level and the reasons behind it.
Is DealGrade financial advice?: No. DealGrade is decision support that helps you spot risks early. It is not financial, legal, or tax advice, and it never promises returns.
Which areas do you cover?: England and Wales are live today. Scotland and Northern Ireland are being added. Coverage strength varies by data source and postcode.
Can I cancel anytime?: Yes. Cancel from billing settings at any time. After cancellation or trial expiry, your saved history remains available in read-only mode.
